Dubai Sports City has announced that luxury villa complex Fortuna village is now ready to be handed over to their new owners.
Fortuna Village will see 30 new 4-bedroom plus maid’s room villas added to the golfing community, which navigates around the 18-hole Els Club Championship golf course.
With an array of sporting facilities, schools, retail and F&B options, Dubai Sports City said it is set to launch two new developments in the coming months.
The Canal area will welcome a new luxury apartment complex wrapping around the water’s edge, while Dubai Sports City will see its final luxury townhouse village complex.
Khalid Al Zarooni, president of Dubai Sports City, said: “Dubai Sports City is delighted to announce the handover phase of the Fortuna Village development and welcome our new residents.
“We continue to ensure we are delivering the same high standards to our community with the very best in luxury and comfort.
“There’s a vast amount of competition in the Dubai property market so it is testament to the draw of the quality homes here at Dubai Sports City, that Fortuna Village had already sold out ahead of its completion.”
The company said it will also soon be launching the Marbella Villa project which will see 96 townhouses added to the community.
