Damac Properties has announced launch of Paramount Residences at the Paramount Tower Hotel & Residences in Dubai.
The scheme features an 826-room hotel and hotel residences tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
The 64-storey project has a private Paramount Pictures screening room, a rooftop infinity pool, while each unit will have access to a film library of more than 3,000 titles.
The hotel residences, situated on floors 38 to 64, will start at Dh1,800 per square foot. Completion is scheduled for Q3, 2019.
Units are available in one, two and three bedroom options, plus there are two penthouses.
Last year, Dubai developer Damac said it had signed a deal to bring the Paramount hotel brand to Abu Dhabi and other cities in the region.
